Our approach is to examine and evaluate the existing work process structure, determine how to best leverage existing assets, modify and update outmoded systems, and then recommend specific process changes that will catapult the organization into the next level of excellence. Only once the superstructure is solid and its capacity maximized should an organization then invest in technology.
